At Pup Chunx LLC, we stand behind the quality of every bag we make. Because our products are perishable food items made in small batches, we have specific guidelines around returns and refunds.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON OPENED PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of perishable food products, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. We take food safety seriously and cannot resell any product once it has left our hands.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an issue with the product quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@pupchunx.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:
- A full replacement of the affected item
