At Pup Chunx LLC, we want your order to arrive fresh, fast, and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Pre-orders are processed and shipped once the product is available. Your estimated ship date will be noted at the time of purchase.

3. SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

We ship via USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage)

- Orders $0.00 - $69.99: $8.00

- Orders $70.00 and up: FREE

Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail)

- Flat rate: $15.00

Shipping rates and thresholds are subject to change. The rate shown at checkout is final.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

- USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days

- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All shipments include free USPS tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through the link in your shipping confirmation email.

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at sales@pupchunx.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

7. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

- Check with neighbors and around your property

- Wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early

- Contact your local USPS facility with your tracking number

If your package is confirmed lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 7+ days), contact us at sales@pupchunx.com and we will open a claim with USPS and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@pupchunx.com. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. PERISHABLE PRODUCT NOTICE

Love Chunx are dehydrated dog treats with a shelf life of several months when stored properly. To maintain freshness:

- Store in a cool, dry place

- Keep sealed when not in use

- Refrigeration is not required but may extend shelf life

We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.
