These Terms of Service govern your use of pupchunx.com and any purchase made from Pup Chunx LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a Florida limited liability company located in Brandon, FL.

By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. PRODUCTS
All Love Chunx products are handcrafted, small-batch dehydrated dog treats made with natural ingredients. Our products are registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FL Feedmaster Registration). Products are intended for canine consumption only.

We are not liable for any adverse reactions in animals with known allergies or dietary sensitivities. It is the customer's responsibility to review all ingredients before feeding any treat to their pet. If your dog has a medical condition or dietary restriction, consult your veterinarian before use.

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is collected at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.

3. SHIPPING
We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. PRE-ORDERS
Some products may be available for pre-order before they are ready to ship. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product is not yet available and that your order will be fulfilled when the product is ready. Estimated ship dates are approximate. Pre-orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on pupchunx.com — including the Pup Chunx name, logo, product names, photos, and text — is the property of Pup Chunx LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Pup Chunx LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
